RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 2W GaN driver amplifier covering 6-12GHz. TriQuint’sTGA2598is the optimum driver for higher power GaN devices serving Radar and communication applications. TheTGA2598provides up to 21dB of small signal gain. Power Added Efficiency is rated at 31%. The TriQuintTGA2598is compatible with GaN HPA bias requirements, operating at 100mA from a 25V bias.
